We are a business conglomerate headquartered in Chennai, having interests into various activities including acquisition of land banks, development of world class buildings and infrastructure across south India and marketing and leasing out space. The group came into existence in the year 1983 with a small carton manufacturing unit by its chairman the late Sri S.Sivathanupillai. From then, the company has diversified and grown multi-fold under the leadership of its present chairman Sri. S Rajkumar to one of the fastest growing groups in the country. The group has developed state of the art logistic/industrial parks in major cities across south India.
Sree Sakthi constructions ltd.
Sree Sakthi construction ltd., established in 2003 has been the main construction wing of the group and it has successfully developed and handed over almost 5 lakhs sq. ft. of state of the art industrial buildings to its group and other companies. Apart from taking care if the construction of warehouses, the company has also developed 7 multi storied residential buildings to more than 100 customers across Cochin and Chennai. Mr. A Ganesh, Director of the company has been at the helm of affairs of the company in all its business ventures.
